It is not clickable at all for me. :?: :!: (Not only mine, none of the usernames... I think you have some rather messed up forum permissions here, please test as normal user, not mod/admin. Definitely used to work some months ago.)

Not 100% sure about it, because things may have changed since I were a founder/admin in a phpbb based forum some years ago, but AFAIR if you were lacking permission to view profiles you were getting a relevant message about that. This may have changed in pbpbb 3.2 though, don't know..
And even logging out, usernames are still clickable, you are just getting a message that you must be registered, just tested this... :?:

In conclusion I think that only the administrators (ChriZathens, raulfg3, ...) have a direct access to the profile, it would be necessary that other simple users bring their contibutions.

Yes, as I've suggested it's needed to test with a non-privileged account (not guest, not mod/admin). When logged in (as registered user), e.g. going to

memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=94
Information
You are not authorised to view the member list or profiles.
Sounds very much like broken permission settings to me.

Well it is not a "broken" permission ..
It is just a type of permission (the possibility to allow registered users to see profiles). Unless by "broken" you mean that it is set like this by mistake.
Although it is not wise to allow guests to see member profiles, there should not be a problem if registered users are able to do so..
I will bring this to Michael's attention...
Will get back when I have more info
