High CFM low noise case fans

Hi people!
Lately I have been thinking about changing the cooling system on my NAS...
My Fractal Design Define R2 case currently has 3x120mm silent fans which are... well silent, but due to the heavy noise insulation and the fact it is located in a wooden wall locker they are not doing a great job in cooling the drives.
In moderate load I can see the Hard disk temps climbing to 46-48 degrees C (especially now that temperatures get higher in Greece and will continue to get higher)
I have seen some cheap (about 4 euro each) Konig 120mm fans which provide per specs 75 CFM (which is much better than the 33 CFM of the Fractals), but also are loud at 37db (while the Fractals are <20)
I have also looked into some Cougar fans which are at 60CFM and are silent at 17.7db
They look ideal, however they are not exactly cheap (best price I have found so far is about 17 euro for 1 - I will get 3 of them.
So, as you can understand there is a significant difference between 12 and 50 euros.. :?
But since I wish to stop worrying about my drive temperatures I am willing to pay that much.
What are you guys using to cool your HDDs?
Has anyone of you any experience with Cougar fans?
Any other recommendations for High CFM low noise fans?
I don't really care for PWM fans (those Cougars I am looking at are 3pin - 4pin are even more expensive and not really a necessity for me)

Hey, b0ssman, thanks a lot for the recommendations!
I also found Arctic Cooling F12 PWM rev.2 120mm 74CFM 0.3sone
From searching a bit, I read that a rough estimate of i sone is 25db, so I believe they will be quieter.

i have some arctic colling pwm fans. i found them to be very annoying. they had a shushing noise that was louder than the actual air flow.

Well i searched a bit about them. The plus they have is that they are locally available and they are actually dirt cheap - 5 euros each. I read some reviews in a local shop that they are actually very quiet. Perhaps rev 2 is built better ..(?)
What revision are yours?
The pros regarding noise in my case are
a. My NAS in not on at night and
b. Noise will most likely not be a serious issue (of course this does not mean that i can tolerate any Delta industrial fans), because my fractal case has ridiculously good noise insulation (it is actually one of the reasons the hdd temps are high. Because of all the soundproof material. I have my linux server in a cheap case with 3 hdds which are always spinning. It has only one fan, the one for the drives. It is the same fan as the ones used in my NAS, which has 3. Hdd temps in my linux are never above 38 degrees)

OK, so finally grabbed the Arctic cooling fans. As mentioned earlier, i got them for 5 euros each...
Some workbench tests at work indicated that they blow a lot of air (compared to the Fractal design silent fans I currently have) and are quiet.
I hope they remain quiet once they are put inside the case...
I will update on the topic once I find free time and install them.
Thanks a lot, b0ssman, for your recommendations!

Lol, me too...
And in various sizes.. 40mm, 80mm, 92mm, 120mm
In total I have about 10-12 fans laying around, without counting the 4 Arctics I just got...
