Happy New Year to the developers. Hope it is better than the mess they called 2020.

v7894 installed and runs without a hitch (SMB included, sigh!).

These are warnings, not errors.
FreeBSD found some inconsistencies in your BIOS ACPI implementation, usually you can safely ignore them.
You could try to get a new BIOS for your mainboard.

Thanks ms49434!

It's an HP Micro Gen8 with IBM m1015 6 Gbps SATA/SAS HBA flashed. if they are only warnings, I prefer not to update at the moment

Update from 12.1.0.4.7743 worked seamlessly.
Only finding: Some new warnings flooding the log. See

I had 12.1.0.4.7894 installed as a full install. I made too many changes at once (new BIOS, added a bunch of drives) and wound up trashing the XigmaNAS installation. I was successfully able to install the basic system again, and thankfully the ZFS pool was unaffected and I had a recent configuration backup. But the package system is broken - specifically /var/db/pkg/local.sqlite is 0 length - and I don't know how to bootstrap it from this condition. Any help would be much appreciated.
