novnc has been removed from the beta build because the port is broken.

You can use google for TightVNC or other vnc client tool.

Note to 12.0 Beta testers, users willing to test Upgrades on RootOnZFS, please skip the following Readme section "Upgrade note to "Full" RootOnZFS Platform users" which was a Legacy workaround to overcome the .tgz file size issue, this limitation has been removed already for 11.2/12.0 branches.

Quick update on RootOnZFS Platform upgrade path.

I can confirm that existing RootOnZFS Platform users willing to test, can upgrade from 11.2.0.4 - Omnius (revision 6400) to 12.0.0.4 - BETA (revision 6412) without hassle/reinstall, however the upgrade was performed with the following system settings:

Running Extensions and side packages(including dependencies):
*OneButtonInstaller
*Plex Media Server
*Telegraf
*Midnight Commander
*Zrep
*htop
*zfsnap

Running services:
*SSH
*Samba
*iSCSI(Cam Target Layer)

Notes:
1) If already upgraded, users willing to rollback to the previous 11.2 version can use the "beadm" utility to activate the previous Boot Environment and reboot.
2) Do Not upgrade ZFS Pools to latest feature flags under any circumstances while previewing/testing BETA releases, unless testing on vm/hardware.

I'm having weird stability issues with this build. My system will run fine for a day but then freeze (cannot access the IP address nor the settings locally). I have to manually restart the PC. I'll try reverting back to 11.2.0.4.6400 and seeing if that resolves my issue as I had no problems prior to updating to this one.

EDIT: OK, I see in webGUI:

Fyi, a pool created with this build via WebGUI (Disks > ZFS > Pool > Management) is backward compatible with the latest 11.2 stable as long as you don't activate additional zpool features flags.

zfsd + autoreplace + hotspares with the size of the biggest disk of a pool, when it will be broadcast for everyone, it works since the v11 and it works very well on the v12.

Seems to be working fine here. Still testing but no problems after 2 days on a fairly busy nas.
