You should think about providing more and detailed information. Nobody else knows your system.
Which iscsi implementation are you using? What's your HAST configuration? Did you define additional sysctl variables, i.e. ctld setting kern.cam.ctl.ha_mode?
1) XigmaNAS 12.0.0.4 amd64-embedded on a Dell T20 running in a VM on ESXi 6.7U2, 22GB out of 32GB ECC RAM, LSI 9300-8i IT mode in passthrough mode. Pool 1: 2x HGST 10TB, mirrored, SLOG: Samsung 850 Pro, L2ARC: Samsung 850 Pro, Pool 2: 1x Samsung 860 EVO 1TB , services: Samba AD, CIFS/SMB, ftp, ctld, rsync, syncthing, zfs snapshots.

thx

well i rebuild my cluster by 0

- 2 raid grapp on lsi hardware card lsi 9650se-12ml
-- 4*2tb raid 5
-- 4*3tb raid 5

for nic
- 1 lan for admin
- 1 iscsi
- 1 sync grap 1
- 1 sync grap 2

services who will be on by carp iscsi target on virtual ip

primary incovenant find, that when master break down ou switch to slave server, the time to switch is so longer and all vm on share iscsi down

I'll done screen when my cluster is full up
