Onwcloud 8.0 upload limit 513M

#1

Post by Gleneisenbach » 11 Apr 2015 18:31

Hi Folks,
I have a problem with many solutions at google, but none of them work.
My Owncloud upload limit is 513M and I want to extent it.

Upload Limit in Owncloud administrator site:
I found descriptions and screenshots of the upload limit in Onwcloud Web-Side, but my Owncloud 8.0 haven't this parameter!

.htacess
I found this file at: ~/www/owncloud/.htaccess and changed the values:
php_value upload_max_filesize 5130M
php_value post_max_size 5130M
php_value memory_limit 5120M

php.ini
I found it at: /usr/local/etc/php.ini
I changed the values
upload_max_filesize = 5120M
post_max_size = 5120M
but after restart my server the file contains the old values. The file seems to be overwritten each start up.

There are no more hints on google, has someone an idea?

And does it work?
I canged it to 5GB, a file of 2GB worked, but 4GB not.
The upoad simply didnot start, then I copied it to the owncload path and tried a download it, the NAS crashed completely.
I had to switch the power off to restart.
