Disk temperature monitoring

Hi. Is there a chance to add disk's temerature graphs to Monitoring?
At the moment I use https://github.com/seren/freenas-temperature-graphing, but it will be nice to have this in stock install.

12.0.0.4 (revision 6766)+OBI on SUPERMICRO X8SIL-F 8GB of ECC RAM, 12x3TB disk in 3 vdev in RaidZ1 = 32TB Raw size only 22TB usable

We hope to integrate the transmission-cli suite into this system. This allows you to do BT seeds directly on NAS.
