LSI 9207-8i problem in 10.3.0.3

Post by mbze430 »

I am in need of some serious help.

I upgraded to from 10.2.0.2 to 10.3.0.3 and all of the sudden my Seagates Cheetahs 10K SAS (IBM-ESXS ST300MM0006 B56C) just stopped working. Log shows for every single drive (da0-da7):

Code: Select all

Sep 3 08:02:29	datanas	kernel: (da7:mps0:0:7:0): Error 22, Unretryable error
Sep 3 08:02:29	datanas	kernel: (da7:mps0:0:7:0): SCSI sense: ILLEGAL REQUEST asc:20,0 (Invalid command operation code)
Sep 3 08:02:29	datanas	kernel: (da7:mps0:0:7:0): SCSI status: Check Condition
Sep 3 08:02:29	datanas	kernel: (da7:mps0:0:7:0): CAM status: SCSI Status Error
Sep 3 08:02:29	datanas	kernel: (da7:mps0:0:7:0): READ(10). CDB: 28 00 22 ec b2 5b 00 00 01 00
Sep 3 08:02:29	datanas	kernel: (da7:mps0:0:7:0): Error 22, Unretryable error
I have killed the old vdev and create new ones, and it just won't stop!

I have updated the 9207-8i to P20 IT firmware, I tried a M1015 w/ P20 IT firmware and does exactly the same thing.

At 10.2.0.2 no problems

PLEASE HELP!
