how to setup l2arc and logs.

I have a fairly large deployment of nas4free, 128GB of ram, 24 cores, multiple 10gb nics, 50TB of RAW drives, multiple SSD drives. I have 2 arrays z+2 each array has 8 drives, i have 4 512GB SSD drives that i want to make sure are handling read and write operations for the system. Here is my question, I want nas4free to make maximum usage from a performanace perspective of using the SSD drives for both read and write operations (as in cache), and i have multiple drives, can anyone point me in the right direction to understand that i am using these correctly. Also the Boot drive is an SSD drive and i would like to mirror it.... Thanks in advance for your help.

so da0 is my boot drive and I would like to mirror it to da1, just so I dont have to worry about it.
da2 and da3 I would like to use for l2arc cache.
da4 and da5 i would like to use for zil....(logs)

I just need a bit of help on how to get there....
