sort of messy but accessible, a shelf from the garage 2 houses ago.
on the top shelf; an i3 desktop case with a 2Tb mirror and a 1Tb mirror some unused switches and a WiFi hub.
second from top; a very small monitor, the router, wireless phone base, 8 port switch, and the cable modem.
second from the bottom; 2 power strips, flash light, 2 small form factor i5 3Tb mirror each, 8 port switch on top.
bottom; cubist style case 2core AMD 1Tb mirror [sons stuff] 2 unused caller ID atop a 1KW Liebert always on UPS.
notes/product info folder, and a disconnected drive for some cold storage.

a curtain would clash with the design of the near by 70 cm amateur DVB-T desk

HP Z-600 dual quad core Xeon, cheap; great for working with high resolution video.
and as fast as tricked out i7s if one can use all 16 threads. built like a tank!

not much use for 24-7 Xi given their thirst at the KWH meter
quick payback for the 24-7 companies who dumped them by the barge load
but I don't use them 24-7 so the high KWH is not so much of an issue
very zippy on win-10

the Icom is for the 144.340 talk back vs the 426 Mhz 4 Mhz BW 1080P 30 FPS DVB-T ['60s stereo mic too]
