Great numbers, Raul! Fine tuning of n4f, there! A proof that n4f can perform great even with modest amount of Ram, regardless the large storage you have!

Apollo, I have one on my 24x7 linux server. I suggest you go for a x9 series though, if you want to avoid the high cost of x10 series. The x8 series are getting old.
Mine is paired with a Xeon L3426 and 16GB ECC. With 3 hdds and 3 fans (including the stock Intel CPU fan) it sits in high 50's regarding power consumption.
My Xeon is a low TDP (40w) chip, though, and still expensive to purchase if you want a low TDP solution. That's why I don't recommend it.
With a x9 series mobo and an ivy bridge CPU you will pay the same or less and will have the same or less power consumption. (e.g. my main NAS consumes about the same with disk spindown and it has 8hdds one satadom and 4 larger higher rpm fans) Plus your gear will be newer.

It proofs for sure low memory is not a problem as long as you tune the system.
