RAID5/GPT issues/HDD corrupt?/ Help

Hello,

So, I have a six 3TB disks RAID5 in Nas4Free that rebooted from nothing and i can't start it over again cuz it's reporting some HDD trouble and I don't know what to do anymore.

1st Report -- RAID starts rebuilding (re-sync), 5k minutes +, but when it came to my ada5 got stuck on 27.37%, pre-removed my disk and stopped the rebuild.


2nd Report -- GEOM: ada1: corrupt or invalid GPT detected.
GEOM: ada1: GPT rejected -- may not be recoverable


This is the first message that i saw, this don't let me complete the booting, after that message, it starts showing (Keep repeating till exaust and reboot)

I've already changed all the SATA cables, all the ports, changed motherboard, and didn't work, so i've put all back again how it was, made a new Nas4FREE Live USB and i could load my Web Interface again. Till there everything looks ok, BUT when i asked Nas4Free on Web Interface to import the RAID that exists (New LiveUSB, so didnt auto recognized the RAID, i need to import), On the same time all the error messages came to the black screen again, stopped on 27.37% automatic and the process got stuck.

Anyone could help me?

Already tried to run mdadm (saw some posts in forums) but the command can't mount/find arrays.

I have tried to usa some Recovery Tools (using UFS Explorer recovery) and the program find all my 6 disks but instead of mapping them or showing any partitions, it just put as "Unknown" and my "sda" (first disk) got a red dot like it cant access it, So i've tried to build some VIRTUAL RAID (as i saw in youtube tutorial) to explore what is IN the RAID, but the program could mount it, all like mdadm that could'nt mout/find arrays..

I'm all lost, it's an emergency, a lot of people depends of it. :cry:

Nas4Free 11.1.0.4.4517. Supermicro X10SLL-F, 16gb ECC, i3 4130, IBM M1015 with IT firmware. 4x 3tb WD Red, 4x 2TB Samsung F4, both GEOM AES 256 encrypted.

you have 4 drives that are unusable for storing data. these drives are toast.

stop trying to rebuild the array.
you have 6 drives of which 4 drives have corruption.
raid5 can only handle 1 drive with corruption.

your best bed is to mount the array in a degraded state and try to move data off.

Oh man, that's bad :| ... But thanks for the fastest help that i ever got in a forum, really appreciate that.

One last thing, you recommend any program/commands that i can try to seek some files inside of the disk?

what you can try is after buying replacement drives use something like ddrescue to copy the disk block by block onto the new drive and try mounting the pool with the new drives.
Nas4Free 11.1.0.4.4517. Supermicro X10SLL-F, 16gb ECC, i3 4130, IBM M1015 with IT firmware. 4x 3tb WD Red, 4x 2TB Samsung F4, both GEOM AES 256 encrypted.
