error message when try to browse nextcloud

Hi, I am new to Nextcloud.
Today I try to browse my nextcloud by http://ip:8080/nextcloud and got the following error message. I reboot the nas, and also off the nextcloud and turn it on again. Still there is the error message.

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator if this error reappears multiple times, please include the technical details below in your report.

I don't know if i can fix this problem by reinstall Nextcloud, and keep all the cloud data.
