common source of reboots are:

RAM = Do a MEMTEST
DISK = post SMART values to revise
USB Key = if you use a full install on a USB key or if you use embeded fom a long time ago your USB key can be burning.

More info about your hardware is desirable to help you.

I'm not in front my NAS now, but I will check memory

I'm using an USB key (one for system and one for config file)

Do you think I should replace both ?

yes, USBkeys are cheap, so test if this are the problem is easy , fast and cheap.

if still have problem, you can reuse USB keys for home use.

My recomendation if possible , is to do a new embeded install, and restore previosly saved config.

Memtest results?

By chance is your UPS triggering a shutdown?

how could I run memtest?

1st thing, I tried to replace USK key for config (I have one for OS and an other for backup

But, impossible to load xml file on it (with restore/backup menu

an idea?

Maybe could I copy file on USB key from an other unix/linux system?

I save config.xml on my desktop PC. in a safe place, why do you use a second USB?

1 - save your actual config.xml from webGUI in your desktop PC in a safe place ( save in plain xml format not encrypted).
2 - do anew fresh embeded install on a new USB , only 1 USB on your NAS (liveCD) or 2 if you boot from LiveUSB.
3 - Boot from this new embeded install ( only 1 USBKey on yourNAS).
4 - restore your previosly saved config from webGUI.

5 - Post your comments.

I have copied xml file an a new sub key and replace it

I didn't change OS sub key

It seems be ok now

So, it seems problem came from each config sub key

Maybe too much write on it

some servers shut down when they get to hot or a fan goes below a certain rpm.
check the bios for such options.
