First update that hasnt gone perfectly. Did install, server rebooted, services (smb/ssh/plex/transmission) all working and active.
Trying to logon to the webgui is throwing a fatalerror tho:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare get_vip_status() (previously declared in /usr/local/www/index.php:75) in /etc/inc/system.inc on line 795

Tried clearing browser cache etc etc.

Any ideas?

Please check your command scripts for Extended-GUI startup scripts. Extended-GUI hasn't been updated for a while and replaces index.php with an outdated version which causes the error message.

As far as i know extended-gui is not installed (and indeed hasnt been active) for manymanymany updates. OneButtonInstaller wont let me reinstall it at any rate.
But i did have it running in the past, so as good a place as any to start.

I can ssh in and check the command scripts, however my knowledge is sadly lacking.
Time to learn stuff!

Where should i be looking?

No need to ssh into the box, just enter http_or_https://name_or_ip_of_your_xigmanas_box/system_rc.php

Don't forget to reboot after you deleted or deactivated the extended-gui scripts.

Without trying to sound like a broken record or weird about not using the Transmission Remote GUI (hey, we all have different opinions on everything!), does Transmission 3.00 and it's GUI now work appropriately? Since 7664Transmission 3.00 GUI didn't work but now it's been added back into XNAS. I understand there is a solution to entering multiple trackers here but I am not talking about that, I'm talking about Transmission's own GUI. I'm still at XNAS 7728.

For an alternative Transmission GUI, please consider to make it an extension.

In the post you refer to about multiple trackers, the solution offered was merely a very simple mod of Transmission's own GUI, in which an extra icon was added (to allow multiple trackers). Most people probably wouldn't even notice the difference at first glance.

The 7743 release has this modded GUI incorporated. So, everything w/ Transmission works, plus the option of adding multiple trackers. A win-win.

confirmed, same here.

to grant access you need to edit your user in webGUI (Access > Users) and mark what you need in the file manager section( on the booton of the page), once done and Apply, you can access and edit files.
12.0.0.4 (revision 6766)+OBI on SUPERMICRO X8SIL-F 8GB of ECC RAM, 12x3TB disk in 3 vdev in RaidZ1 = 32TB Raw size only 22TB usable
