help for hast and carp conf.

hello , it's my first post on the forum, today i started to create something like a cluster, i have 3 disk of 4 tb on each vm.
i would like to implement carp and hast using the zfs with the raidz1 and usig this for my esxi .
i already search any how to, and i find only a thread wrote in the 2013 , i follow the how to and i was unable to complete the hast configuration.
so thereis any recernt guide a bit more specific ?
