Nas4Free 11.1.0.4 - don't get HAST running

Hi all,
I am totally new to nas4free and I want to create a HAST out of 2 servers. I tried every tutorial I found, but don't get it working. So please sb. help considering, what I am doing wrong.
I am testing on virtual box VMs, before going to ne hardware machines.
The setup ist:

master - 192.168.56.101
1 HDD 5 GB where n4f embedded is installed without data and swap2
1 HDD 16 GB which should be used as HAST disk (called ada1 in the webgui)

slave - 192.168.56.102
same as master

Here is what I have done so far:
On both:
- system -> general -> hostname: master resp. slave
- network -> hosts -> master: 192.168.56.101
slave: 192.168.56.102
- network -> interface management -> carp:
interface: em0
Virtual Host ID 1
Virtual IP Adress: 192.168.56.103 /24
Skew 0 (master) 100 (slave)
Password test
Link Up Action /usr/local/sbin/carp-hast-switch master
Link Down Action /usr/local/sbin/carp-hast-switch slave
- services -> HAST -> Ressources
ressource name: disk1
Nodename A master
Path: /dev/ada1
Node B IP: 192.168.56.102
Nodename B: slave
Patch: /dev/ada1
Node A IP: 192.168.56.101

enabled services and reboot both VMs.
Hast Ressources show:
Resource Role Status Node Name Path IP Address Toolbox
disk1 init unknown master /dev/ada1 192.168.56.102
slave /dev/ada1 192.168.56.103

In my tutorials the status has to be role: primary, status complete. So here I am totally stuck and need help pls.

Thanks in advance

So ok, I am a few steps further.
Accoridng to this guide: http://belajarkomputerkita.blogspot.de/ ... th-ha.html I come to the point, where I have to import the ZFS pool:
Shut down the master and on the slave import the pool through the GUI. Tab: /ZFS/Configuration/Detected

I always get: No pool was found. Try to import from on-disk ZFS config.
