hello,

after reload server, the disc temperatures have stopped showing. I deleted a disk, solitary, and reimported it after restarting. the pool now has a renamed disk (before da4, now da3?) and only shows, without temperature, the da4 disk in the pool

How can I restart, or delete, that old information disk pool, so that it can be displayed correctly again?

solved! :)

I thought that with the name change, maybe I would not have modified the zpool. I looked at the virtual device and it was not really updated. I have synchronized the pool, thus detecting the new assignments, and disabled / enabled ExtendedGUI

now shows the discs and their temperatures correctly :)

Exactly, after manipulations on the zfs pools a sync is necessary, well done ;) :D

Revisiting this thread, (truncated quote below) except mine was 11.2.0.4, that I had upgraded way back when and hadn't gotten around to looking into the error. In this case, though, the version installed is 64, while OBI is looking for 63. So I changed the versions accordingly.

A couple of days ago I used OneButtonInstaller to install mysql on my 11.1.04 Nas4Free/Xigmanas.
The installation went without incident, but the web gui refused to start.

Specifically libicuio.so, libicudata.so, libicui18n.so, and libicuuc.so did not match; the version on my system was .64 while the version sought was .63.

Here is the symbolic links needed for that version.:

Code: Select all

ln -s /usr/local/lib/libicuio.so.64 /usr/local/lib/libicuio.so.63
ln -s /usr/local/lib/libicudata.so.64 /usr/local/lib/libicudata.so.63
ln -s /usr/local/lib/libicui18n.so.64 /usr/local/lib/libicui18n.so.63
ln -s /usr/local/lib/libicuuc.so.64 /usr/local/lib/libicuuc.so.63
.. and as far as I know, I have the latest OBI installed. 0.4.0.2 according to the first post.

Re: [EXTENSION] OneButtonInstaller - mySQL

Post by ZiEg » 28 Sep 2019 10:59

Hi
I did a fresh reinstall of the latest version of Xigmanas on a new hardware, with OneButtonInstaller.
I chose MySQL to be installed, without adminer
I run in a browser http://xigmanas.local/phpMyAdmin and it works. Great !

I enter root as a login and no password….. it is refused (login without password is prohibited)
I entered mysqladmin for login and pass and I get the Following error : mysqli_real_connect(): (HY000/1045): Access denied for user 'sqlmyadmin'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

I did not use adminer as I need the webserver to be running for something else.

Who can help me ?
Sorry to be so noob.....

PS : Added adminer and same error occurs
NAS 1 : Version 11.2.0.4 - Omnius (revision 6625) x64-full on Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G840 @ 2.80GHz
MSI B75A-G43 (MS-7758) w/ BIOS American Megatrends Inc. version: V10.5 10/12/2012

Non sure if you already know that MariaDB was integrated into XigmaNAS, between you can always chose MySQL Extension if you prefer it over MariaDB.

Also according to MySQL Extension Note: "Default database administrator is set to mysqladmin with password mysqladmin." so you will be able to access with said user and password on first login:

Help me, please.
I can't install OneButtonInstaller on embedded XigmaNAS v12.1.0.4.7091. "fetch https://raw.github.com/crestAT/nas4free ... er/OBI.php && mkdir -p ext/OBI && echo '<a href="OBI.php">OneButtonInstaller</a>' > ext/OBI/menu.inc && echo -e "\nDONE"" succeeds. But after specifying Common directory = "/mnt/NASys/Ext" in the ZFS pool, WebGUI hangs indefinitely.
As far as I understand, the hang occurs in the "onebuttoninstaller-install.php" script, line 53, when executing "fetch https://github.com/crestAT/nas4free-one ... -v0402.zip".

With best regards, Igor.

It is possible that the reasons are in the network settings in the place where the NAS is installed. I will talk to the network administrator and write if something clears up.

As it turned out, the problem is related to the settings of the access restriction system in our company. Administrators are trying to figure out the problem, but I have so far bypassed it by temporarily connecting the NAS to the Internet via another provider (mobile 4G).
