Cron-job won't start ...

#1

Post by defcon999 » 11 Aug 2019 11:49

Hi,

i've had a problem to start this command as a cron -job:

/usr/local/bin/wget "http://URL-to File" -q -O /mnt/zfs/multimedia/IPTV/IPTV.m3u --> "Failed to execute cron job." :o

The same command via PUTTY works perfect; also in the internal command-interpreter the file is downloading and saving.

What's the problem??

Code: Select all

xigmanas: ~# wget
wget: Command not found.
xigmanas: ~# /usr/local/bin/wget
/usr/local/bin/wget: Command not found.
use fetch instead.

Sorry, ms49434 ...Why??

"wget" is installed and works perfect.

Starting as schedule task works now with "wget" ... only the manually start in the cron-config ends with an error. Same with "fetch"!
