[SOLVED] installer from LiveUSB can't see target USB for boot media
Posted: 29 Dec 2015 15:53
Hi everyone,
I am about to upgrade from 9.2.x to 10.2.x
I downloaded and started successfully the LiveUSB.
I then chose option 9) Install/Upgrade from LiceCD/LiveUSB
I select 1) "preferred" but the installer doesn't see the other USB key that I want to use as a target boot media for installing the embedded OS
I have tried with many different USB ports, I have tried many different USB keys (from 2GB to 8GB), I have formatted them FAT32 and ext2....
nothing... when I arrive at the screen for selecting the target USB, I only see the da0 USB key of the LiveUSB !
If I go to shell (option 6) I can run a and the da1 that I want to use as a boot media is there
Any help appreciated

Edit: solved.
I didn't read accurately that the option citing only the LiveUSB da0 is the SOURCE media...
Selecting that, you are prompted to choose from all the other drives present in the system, including my desired target da1
Sorry for the noobity
Regards
