I turned off my freenas "a l'arrach" as we say in french, by pressing and holding power buton.
I restart and i have this folowing message
automatic file system check; help!
error aborting boot (sending sigterm to parent)!
init: bin/sh on/etc/rc terminated abnormally, going to single user mode
enter full pathname of shell or return for bin/sh
I reinstalled freenas (7.28191) in the basic version it restarts without problem.
but after reboot when I reload my config I have the same message.

I have the same issue.

"please read the wiki" is not what I would consider helpful - what section of the wiki applies OR what are the possible changes to resolve this?

from the way FN-7 now N4F operates I would guess possibly a drive hardware problem
boots OK until the drive recognizing config is applied?
try disconnecting the data drives and boot with config as a test.
or a bad boot medium scrambled by the addition of the config.

was your hard shutdown prompted by a frozen process to begin with?
