Sounds like you might have the wrong file for booting from CD. http://www.forums.nas4free.org/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=21

Try downloading .ISO file and burn to CD.

The .iso file is for burning a bootable CD
dragging and dropping files to a CD does not make it bootable
using a burning program to burn an .iso file does
win 7 does this natively, XP needed nero or the like

once the CD is booted to the target computer
option 9 allows for transfer of the OS to writable boot medium
[which is needed for the configuration file]

be sure to select the correct .iso file for the hardware [32 or 64 bit]

Hi,

Thanks for the replies.

Using the LiveCD I can see the options from 0 to 9 but the keyboard do not respond so I can't press 9. Any ideas why this happen?

not all keyboards play well, some need exotic drivers
try a plain old ps2 [round plug] keyboard or different key board
