Hi everybody.
First things first:
Mainboard: Supermicro X10SLL-F-O Socket 1150 (with ECC)
Memory: 8GB Samsung M391B1G73QH0-YK0 (ECC)
CPU: Intel Core i3 4130 2x3,5 Ghz Socket 1150 (with ECC and AES)
In the BIOS I set legacy USB support.
Did a fresh embedded installation of NAS4Free-x64-LiveUSB-9.2.0.1.972 using a live usb stick onto another USB stick.
Of course I removed the live USB stick before the next boot. No changes are made to the system since installation.
The system is up and running.
But each time I reboot the system, I receive an error message:
Fatal error! The device that contains the configuration file (config.xml) could not be found. NAS4Free cannot continue booting.
When I shut the machine down and do a cold start, the system will come up without any issues.
Does anybody have an idea where the problem could be located?
The system is unusable to me in this condition.
Thanks in advance.
EDIT: Just to make sure I tried different USB sticks, Intenso and Sandisk. But it's no difference.

Re: device containing config.xml could not be found
likely hanging over some USB conflict
try the usb boot medium in other usb ports
or
avoid USB all together with one of these

Re: device containing config.xml could not be found
Recently I found this thread: viewtopic.php?f=78&t=6247&p=41456#p41456
It seems to be a bug of Nas4Free version 9.2.0.1.
Hopefully it will be fixed in a coming version.
Hardware issues can be excluded in my opinion because other software will boot flawlessly using the same hardware configuration.
