Some files and folders can't be deleted over SAMBA (CIFS)?

I have some very frustrating issues with NAS4Free any my SAMBA (CIFS) share where there are some files and folders that simply wont let me delete them.. I've got a few MKV-files, a few folders etc that simply wont delete. I'm just faced with "The action can't be completed because the file is open in Windows Explorer, Close the file and try again".
This happens right after reboots, there seems to be no way around it. Using the webinterface's "File Manager" is only giving me a grayed out "DELETE" button so I can't delete through that solution either.
