Question on display of free space on shares

This is probably something very basic I don't understand yet, but when I view my free space available on shares accessible from my Windows machine, all show different space available. Normally Windows shares show the total space of the parent drive.

All exist on the same level on my ZFS pool. The pool is 2 - 2TB drives in mirror. Any hints? Thanks for reading and any replies.

Thanks very much for the reply. From the spaced used, it seems to match what I see, but what determines the disk space allocated? FreeBSD?
I'm a Windows guy forever and have only used prepackaged distributions like pfSense and NAS4Free. Is the space is allocated by a default when a directory in created? Thanks again.
