(SOLVED) Why are files saving across all shares?

Hi all,
I have a few shares set up and every time I save a file to one of them, the file appears in all shares and not the one I saved it to. Anybody know why?
Thanks, Chris.

Hi, thanks for the reply.
I haven't intentionally set it up that way but it's likely I've misunderstood something.
I have all my shares set up in the same dataset, with the path : /mnt/pool1/dataset1/share_name
Is that my problem?

yes. you are sharing the same folder multiple times.
you have to either create different datasets or folders in the dataset and share those.

Ahhh I see now yes, thanks. I was just assuming that a directory was created automatically upon creating a share. I have now created multiple directories manually in the datset using the file manager and created shares for these folders which works.
Thanks for clearing up, Chris.
