SMBD errors

Aug 11 18:10:39 nas4free smbd[22483]: receive_smb_raw_talloc failed for client ipv4:192.168.11.109:2517 read error = NT_STATUS_IO_TIMEOUT.

I get these periodically. I'm backing up a Windows XP machine and and Windows 7 64-Bit machine.
Max Protocol NT1
AIO is on
Large Read/Write is on
Tuning is on
Suggestions?

Also getting this:

This was before I upgraded to 10.2.0.2.1814 tonight.

can you try setting the protocol to smb2?

I thought I needed to run NT1?

SMB2 seems to have cleared the error and works fine with the XP machine.
