Hallo,
ich habe aktuell die 10.2.0.2.2545 auf einem neuen HP Server installiert, wurde mal Zeit etwas aufzurüsten.
Das bisherige NAS war jetzt 1 1/2 Jahre 24/7 online. Es läuft eine alte Version 9.xyz. Seinerzeit gab es ja die Besonderheit, dass der RAM nie vollständig genutzt wurde und man erst mal etwas tunen musste viewtopic.php?f=29&t=5787#p32277
Ist das bei der neuen 10er immer noch notwendig, oder nutzt FreeBSD mittlerweile den gesamten Speicher out-of-the-box?

einige wenige Einstellungen sind mittlerweile in der System|Advanced|loader.conf vorkonfiguriert, es lohnt sich aber diese Einstellungen zu überprüfen und ggf nachzutunen
