freebsd sieht auf dem raid array keine partitionstabelle.
ohne diese wirst du nichts mounten koennen.
da muss schon mehr was kaputt gegangen sein.
post auch mal alle smart werte der festplatten.
du kannst versuchen ob du mit ufs raid recovery an die daten kommst.
