Ich hab ja dummerweise ein Serverboard, bei dem der dämliche PC-Speaker fest verlötet ist.
Sobald nas4free hochgefahren ist oder sobald es den Befehl zum Runterfahren bekommt. Kommt so ein blöder Bimmelsound.
Da der Server im Schlafzimmer steht und optimalerweise Nachts automatisch runtergefahren werden soll ohne, dass ich dann wach werde, würde ich das gerne deaktivieren. Hab da

Hm, wie wäre es mit einer Spezifikation des Server Boards incl. Hardware Revision und Bios Version ?

Meine Antworten beziehen sich immer auf die englischsprachige GUI. ECC-RAM ist Pflicht beim Einsatz von ZFS.

Asus P9D-X und ich hab im BIOS nix gefunden... Sind aber auch keine System Beeps. Die kommen ja von nas4free (klingt so ähnlich wie mein altes Handy)
