I have a motherboard (Q1900-ITX) with 8Mb RAM. When I download at full speed ~8-10Mb/s the system stuck the torrent client and the web interface cannot reachable. For one torrent download only the Bittorrent process CPU usage takes around 35-40% the SMB server process alone 15-20%.

I can not reproduce issues, but be aware you are running low power hardware!
