i'm here for make request/suggestion
is possible integrate a client ftp in webgui for transfert file from nas to another ftp server?

+1 but i would like to have the plain CLI client available. Maybe there's a way to install some ftp-client through pkg_add.

you can use a ftpx client on your windows and stablish a NAS2otherftpserver transfer ( withou pass data trought your windows PC)
PD: You need to enable fxp on nas4free:

i look and know that option but prefer integrate that function is possible why that nas i need create is position at house of my cousin why they have a connection better the my ( i'm in Italy and my cousin is in Switzerland) and need transfert file not only from nas to my or other pc on the net ( to another nas4free or other ftp) but i need transfert file from nas to another pc/stb/ps3/xbox on lan of my cousin whitout access on another system on that lan excluded the nas and that with ftpx is'nt possible suppose????

I use WinSCP for this porpouse, you need to enable SSH to work.

Winscp is the best choise to do it. Enable ssh on the nas, create a user with a console access, then download winscp, insert ip address, username, password and enjoy yourself
