acpiconf -s4 into rebuild ?

hi i'm trying to setup wol in nas4free with is pretty hard.
i don't know why magic packet is supported but no way to put the nas in s2-4.
then i learned that freebsd was a "little" bit behind the time and sleep only works since 9.0. correct me if i em wrong.
so with no option in the gui to put my nas in s4 i simple did it my self.
my nas enters s4 und nothing is to hear anymore then i send the magic packed and the nas start again (a full start so it took his time) but it works in the end.
then i got about 10 megabyte/sec so i check the the system and saw he was rebuild 1 disk but why ? it is the same disk not removed nothing changed the raid was calm when i used the acpiconf -s4 . this was last week i let the raid rebuild and forgot about this problem.
and today i was trying to setup sleep again searching for a way do it without the command.
and if you think he is rebuilding again you are damn right!
so now my question:
why is he rebuilding?
how to stop it?
how to setup acpiconf -s4 as default shutdown ?
is this even possble or is a nas on freebsd simple the wrong choice for me ?
specs:
e-350
8gb ram
7 x 3 tb raid 5
by the way my english is not existing sorry.
