I do not see any problems, why do you think in problems?, because is old?, if is because bios do not support 3TB, you need to try first or find a hack BIOS: http://www.bios-mods.com/forum/Thread-A ... 3TB-drives

Yes I am worried about the bios, but I read that for data disk, bios dont need to be ready for 3to disk.
It is important to have a 3to bios ready if you want to boot the 3to disk
For me I boot on CF so...

Check out this forum http://vip.asus.com/forum/view.aspx?id= ... uage=en-us

It seems rather hit or miss that it will work. No one is confirming.

Someone has got it working apparently in that forum but thats for the P5QL-E I'm not sure how old these boards are but the main problem is windows 7 wont read a 3TB boot disk from it unless you use some unlocker tool. As for nas4free.... I have a dell optiplex 745 that had three 3TB disks in it with no problem.

The BIOS hard drive size limitation is only on boot. Once you boot, the OS sees the drives just fine. So, install embedded to a USB flash, and you have no worries.
