which ssd for zil

I understand that zil is only good for nfs and scsi and cifs doesn't use it. i just need it for my home esxi server. cause write speeds picked up when i place my old desktop 500gig as zil device but still not good enough. so vm data isnt important

i read that if a power failure happens it can corrupt ssd's. but if its only for lab vm's its fine. as long as the bug that takes the whole pool data is gone.

which ssd should go for

Transcend 2.5" Half Slim 8GB Solid State Drive - Read Speed Up To 53MB/s, Write Speed Up To 17MB/s, 64MB DRAM Cache

Transcend 2.5" HSD630 Series Half Slim 32GB Solid State Drive - Read Speed Up To 260MB/s, Write Speed Up To 81MB/s, Operating temperature -40ºC~85ºC, 64MB DRAM Cache

im hopping the 8gig write speed is fine for me

thanks richard

Both of your SSDs are not the fastest, something like this would be more suitable:
