ZFS problem

Post by jeffypop »

Hi,

I have 3 disk in right now and want to format only 1 drive in ZFS (ada3) and the rest is in UFS . I created a virtual drive with ada3 (stripe), and then I try to manage to create a pool but it gives me a error code 1 when i try to to save ??

What do i do....

Error code 1 is the most un-helpful error.

Why would you want a mixed setup ? ZFS is much better. Any chance you could go all in with ZFS ?

if you go with zfs put it on all the drives.

you can try to create it from the console.
