Hi all,
A while ago I had a dead drive an I've replaced it. I remember that the array wen from Degraded to Online. However, now it's Degraded:

tellus exactly what happend and what command you used.
Nas4Free 11.1.0.4.4517. Supermicro X10SLL-F, 16gb ECC, i3 4130, IBM M1015 with IT firmware. 4x 3tb WD Red, 4x 2TB Samsung F4, both GEOM AES 256 encrypted.

As far as I remember, I used the GUI. I think it was zfs replace.

what drive has failed? was is ada0 ?
normally a drive says removed if you have used the remove command and not the replace command.

Wait, I've just noticed that the array has only 5 hdds instead of 6. Going to check this...

I've just lost another hdd.
All array is seagate 7200.14. I bought them all in May 2013. The first died in July or June, now the second. Seems like 7200.14 is not that good for RAID...
