Array is degraded after replacing a dead drive

Hi all,
A while ago I had a dead drive an I've replaced it. I remember that the array wen from Degraded to Online. However, now it's Degraded:
Pool information and status
pool: Data
state: DEGRADED
status: One or more devices has been removed by the administrator.
Sufficient replicas exist for the pool to continue functioning in a
degraded state.
action: Online the device using 'zpool online' or replace the device with
'zpool replace'.
scan: scrub repaired 0 in 8h0m with 0 errors on Sun Aug 24 08:00:54 2014
