Cannot export pool

Post by yanqc »

hi,

I've replaced a disk in my ZFS array and everything went fine until I tried to export and re-import the pool. I tried to shut every service, reinstalled nas4free (tried embedded on usb, full on and HD with no result) and I am still unable to export my pool.

I've looked around and I can't find an answer.

Thank you

Code: Select all

nas4free: ~ # zpool export VD1pool
cannot unmount '/mnt/Data/jail': Device busy
nas4free: ~ # zpool export -f VD1pool
cannot unmount '/mnt/Data': Device busy

Thanks Raulfg3,

I forgot to mention that I stopped all the jails and the services before proceeding.

There will be a process open that all had a file handle on the pool. Check with ps on the console
