Subject:
Wrong (different) size of pool free space displayed on Status|System (index.php)
and Disks|ZFS|Configuration|Detected
Description:
Status|System shows a free space of 29.1G for my ZFS pool Pool1
screen_20150723_083617.png
in Disks|ZFS|Configuration|Detected there is only 1.45M of free space displayed.

One of the two displayed values is obviously wrong ;) when I compare with the
output of Diagnostics|Information|Space Used under column available:

Code: Select all

Filesystem Size Used Avail Capacity Mounted on
/dev/xmd0 119M 34M 85M 29% /
devfs 1.0k 1.0k 0B 100% /dev
/dev/xmd1 719M 253M 465M 35% /usr/local
procfs 4.0k 4.0k 0B 100% /proc
Pool1 332G 332G 1.7M 100% /mnt/Pool1
I would tend that the value on Status|System is wrong.
Pls can someone verify these difference!

Regards

My system, respectively (using 9.3.0.2 - Nayla (revision 1310)):
Status|system
Capture1.PNG
Disks|ZFS|Configuration|Detected
Capture2.PNG
Diagnostics|Information|Space Used
Capture3.PNG
To my understanding this changed sometime in 9.3 brand and Status|system is not calculating the parity space (or something like that, never paid much attention)

Thank you for the fast response!

I noticed this discrepance in 9.3 for the first time, must check what changed there but as you said, it's not a big deal ...
