Установил chroot и plexmediaserver по инструкции уважаемого mikemac. Пока все работает.
Очень хочется прикрутить к nas4free еще и owncloud. Подскажите, пожалуйста, куда копать. Может есть инструкция?

Установка в chroot практически полностью совпадает с установкой в jail. А для этого варианта есть немало инструкций, я тоже писал. Но есть ряд НОsergey1878 wrote:chroot еще и owncloud.
1) Я бы не рискнул вываливать в Интернет owncloud без защиты от брутфорса, например через fail2ban. Его из коробки нет, а поставить в клетку квалификации alexey123 хватило, а вто моей - нет
2) В клетке потенциально опасному, имеющему вход снаружи, owncloud всё же скорее место, чем в chroot
3) Если будете ставить в chroot - снимите снимок с того датасета, в котором chroot (если есть тех возможность). Мало ли откатываться придётся, если что-то пойдёт не так.
