When you go to select a dataset, you can choose a few things but case sensitivity gets set to case sensitive by default, with no option in the GUI to change that. This is not ideal for anyone setting up a CIFS share, as the Windows world is not case sensitive. The best practice is case insensitive, or possibly mixed. Either way, this is an important enough feature that you should be able to select it. This especially so since this is a create-time setting, you cannot alter it after the fact, only on creation.
Not sure what else is missing but at least the number of copies might come in handy in some cases, and the logbias mode. All tweakable settings should be exposed, if need be in an "advanced" settings page if it starts to get cluttered.

Option casesensitivity on datasets has been addressed with the new release today.
