Hallo,
Ich habe gerade bei heise online News eine meiner Meinung nach interessante Nachricht gelesen:
Auf einer Reihe von NAS-Boxen von Synology lässt sich die neue Firmware DiskStation Manager 4.1 (DSM 4.1) installieren. Außer einer Reihe anderer Verbesserungen bringt sie die Funktion Video Station. Diese arbeitet in Kombination mit einem DVB-T-Empfänger an der USB-Schnittstelle und erlaubt das Streamen und zeitgesteuerte Mitschneiden von TV-Sendungen. Somit lassen sich einige der Synology-Netzwerkspeicher, etwa die ebenfalls neuen Modelle DS213 oder DS213+, wie Netzwerk-Videorecorder benutzen.

Besitzer von Synology-Geräten finden das jeweils passende Firmware-Update über die Support-Webseite. Auf dem Synology-Webserver findet sich auch eine Liste kompatibler DVB-T-Sticks. Weitere Informationen finden sich im Support-Forum. Der Netzwerk-Videorecorder soll sich per Web-Frontend und über die iOS-App DS video bedienen lassen.

I hope some developers soon jump to the new Sat-IP train. A combination of a standalone 4 channel IP sender with a recording service like seen in DVBviewer
inside N4F would be ideal. There would also be no hassle with Sat interface cards anymore. Meanwhile the first devices are out and all you need is a player on your PC, Tablet, Smartphone
whatever, or a local IP-Sat Receiver (which then looks like a typical Sat Receiver again)
