Sorry pretty new to the forum, however I've got a bit of an issue. where i seem to of lost i guess the header of the the partition on one of disks in the raid not sure how it happened.
There are 3 disks in the array, the one not showing up below is
da2 - which is another 3.6T drive.

when I checked the partion information its not the same as the others in the array..
