навскидку гуглится по-русски для FreeBSD

Должно без модификаций встать в chroot (только сначала стоит сделать снимок файловой системы, чтоб откатиться, если что), затем ему через fstab отдать те папки, которые проверять на вирусы надо. (аналогично я plex в chroot ставил)
можно попытаться и в jail поставить - вроде должно жить.
