add the option to add new logs

I think is a good addon to add in Diagnostics|Log|Settings a way to add a local log file to show in Diagnostics|Log

I think in /var/log/mldonkey.log as example viewtopic.php?f=72&t=11016&p=68829#p68829

but must very usefull for other packages install like: viewtopic.php?f=79&t=1922&p=8862

or owncloud, etc....

The idea is to add some additional logs to webGUI so can be easy to revise.

In my case mlnet.log , but can be owncloud.log or others.
