upgrade to NAS4Free 10.2.0.2 or NAS4Free 10.3.0.3

I understand that the upgrade from 9.1.0.1 should be made directly to version 10.x
Also, 10.2 is stable and 10.3 is beta (and thus may present some risks).

The questions are:
1) Does the Beta include some debug flags that are only for the developers and may have some negative performance impact?
2) Should I take the risk of installing the Beta? Is there any real risk? Does it have a real interesting new feature that justifies the risk?

New interface/WebGUI and code clean to use PHP 7, I recomended to use because is ready to be stable in a few days.

how much time you estimate for the arrival of the 10.3 stable?
