My NAS4Free-machine has one INtel-NIC (PCI-E card) and an onboard-NIC might be a Realtek
The Intel-NIC has 192.168.1.252/24 and an MTU of 6000.
The second NIC has 10.0.0.1/24 and also MTU of 6000.
Nevertheless after reboot I get the following output from ifconfig :

No wonder, pings from 10.0.0.2 fail.
Doing a ifconfig bge0 10.0.0.1/24 brings NIC2 to work, but after reboot anything is bad again.
Also iSCSI fails due to the wrong settings and I cannot restart it.
What can I do ?
