On new install, subdirectory created using AFP is no longer visible using CIFS after system restart, any idea why?
Hello, I have just set up a new install of NAS4Free, and this is the first time I have ever attempted to use it. I set up both AFP and CIFS access and can log in using my username and password and see the top level directory using either of those. BUT, I then created a subdirectory using AFP and now I can only see it when accessing it using AFP. When I first created it, it was visible whether I tried to access it using CIFS or AFP, but that only lasted until the first time I shut the system down, and when I powered it back up the subdirectory was no longer visible under CIFS. It still lets me connect via CIFS using my username and password, it just won't show me the subdirectory, which obviously exists. I'm rather perplexed by this and was wondering if anyone can explain why this happens, and how to fix it.
