Wifi adapters 2.4 and 5Ghz
Question is can I use pcie wifi card for both 2.4 and 5Ghz? I like use it as a AP mode then I need use miniDlna for LAN interface and wifi adapter together. Is possible to create bridge in network settings and hookup two interface one is LAN, another is Wifi card and use it in MiniDlna setting as a main stream interface? Anybody can help please?

No. Use the wifi interface on your router and add another ethernet card if you want to segment networks. There is no wifi interface configuration on this gui that I'm aware of.
